Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed in your Apple or Google account — that is where you cancel a renewal or request a refund. For anything else, write to [email protected] from your registered address.

Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile, photos, videos and messages. Some records are retained where the law requires it — those are listed in the Privacy Policy. You can also email [email protected], and we respond within 30 days, as required by GDPR/UK GDPR.

Use the Report control on the profile, media item or conversation. Reports go straight to the moderation queue and are handled ahead of ordinary support. For anything urgent — content involving a minor, or content shared without consent — also email [email protected]. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

The iOS and Android apps show only content that meets App Store and Google Play guidelines. Some member features are not part of the mobile apps. This is by design, not a fault, and it cannot be unlocked from within the apps.

Age verification uses a selfie and takes about thirty seconds. We never ask for a passport or driving licence, and we do not receive or store identity documents. The provider returns only whether you appear to be over 18.

Use Forgotten password on the sign-in screen. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected].
